Services

Available round the clock for genuine emergencies, with the call-out fee agreed before we set off.

From a single wallbox on a villa terrace to a metered point in a communal garage, quoted only after we have read what your supply can actually give.

Sized for the room rather than the sales brochure, on a circuit that can carry it, with the outdoor unit placed where the coast will not eat it.

Sized from what you actually use hour by hour, not from your roof area — because a system that generates at the wrong time of day pays for itself slowly.

Three different jobs get sold under one name. Which one you need depends on what is behind the board, and nobody can tell you over the phone.

Most units that stop cooling have not broken. Four things account for the great majority of call-outs, and two of them you can rule out yourself.

Most people discover they need one at the worst possible moment. Here is when it applies, what fails, and how the process actually runs.

Everything outdoors fails differently: water gets in, salt gets at the terminals, and the one thing that keeps a pool safe is the part nobody can see.
We are an electrical installer working across seven towns between Elche and Villajoyosa. Four things make up almost everything we do: getting to people fast when something is unsafe, fitting car chargers, installing air conditioning, and putting solar on roofs.
What we try to do differently is tell you the awkward part first — that your fault can wait until Monday, that a smaller solar array is the better investment, that the 22 kW charger you were about to buy will charge your car at exactly the same speed as the 7.4 kW one. That conversation costs us work sometimes. It is still the right one to have.
Four services, done properly, rather than a list of forty. Emergency call-outs at any hour for faults that are genuinely unsafe. EV charger installation, from a single wallbox on a driveway to a metered point in a communal garage. Air conditioning, sized by calculation rather than guesswork. And solar, sized from your real consumption data rather than your roof area.
They overlap more than they look. A car charger, an air conditioning system and a solar array all end up asking the same question of your installation: can the supply carry it, and is the board in a state to take another circuit? That is why we read the meter before quoting any of them.
For planned work we visit, measure, and give you one fixed figure with no provisional items. For emergencies we tell you the call-out charge on the phone, before anyone travels, so you can decide knowing what the visit costs even if the fault turns out to be nothing.
We do not quote from photographs. On a car charger the price is driven by the cable run and the state of your supply; on air conditioning by the room, the orientation and where the outdoor unit can legally go; on solar by when you use electricity, not how much roof you have. None of that is visible in a photo, and a number given without it is a number that changes later.
Alicante, Elche, San Vicente del Raspeig, Playa de San Juan, Sant Joan d'Alacant, El Campello and Villajoyosa. For emergencies, typical arrival is 60 to 90 minutes.
That is a deliberately honest window rather than a flattering one. Elche and Villajoyosa are at opposite ends of the area, and August traffic on the coast road is not the same as an empty motorway at 3 a.m. If we cannot reach you in a time that is safe for what you describe, we say so rather than taking the job and leaving you waiting.
Photographs of installations we carried out ourselves. No stock photography.

EV charger installation
The charger is rarely the expensive part. Four other things are, and none of them are visible in a photograph.

EV charger installation
The honest answer for most homes is the cheapest one, and the reason is your car rather than the wallbox.

EV charger installation
A sensor on your supply is almost always cheaper than a permanently higher standing charge, and it does the same job.
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, including all paperwork and quotes. A lot of our work is for owners who are not resident year-round, so being able to explain a fault clearly by message matters as much as the visit itself.
Typically 60 to 90 minutes across the seven towns we cover. We give you a realistic time when you call rather than an optimistic one, and we tell you the call-out charge before setting off.
No. Quotes for planned work — chargers, air conditioning, solar — are free, and they are fixed figures rather than estimates that move once work starts.
Yes. Communal garages and shared roofs are a routine part of car charger and solar work, and we are used to dealing with administrators and providing the documentation a junta will ask for.
These four are what we specialise in, and general electrical work — boards, circuits, lighting, faults — comes with them. If a job is genuinely outside what we do well, we will tell you rather than take it on.
Tell us what you need and we will come back with a price and a date. No obligation.
